Overview Chef Rafael Palomino's Nuevo Latino dishes don't get pushed around. They stand up straight, proud of who they are and the assertive flavors they bring to the party. The decor is a cross between Arizona (sunset colors and Southwestern patterns) and Australia (cave-style etchings on the walls), but the food is distinctly Latin, with flavors from all over, from Tex-Mex to Tierra del Fuego. Try the dulce de leche cheesecake and the well-mixed mojitos, too.
