A bar with old-fashioned swivel stools and two communal tables greet you at the entrance, and a banquette lines the narrow dining room. The food is real: homey and delicious. Try the roast chicken with your choice of sides or the burger. Takeout is very popular, and the cocktail list is ambitious. The kids menu is supercheap, too.
